Marilyn Gugliucci and three second-year students give Learning by Living presentation at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM Dean's Lecture

On October 8, 2010. at the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ College of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Reunion, Dr. Marilyn Gugliucci and 3 ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM second-year students were the invited ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM Dean's Lecture presenters. Their presentation was entitled: "Learning by Living: Life Altering Medical Education Research."

The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM Students who participated in the Learning by Living project during the 2010 summer and presented their experiences at the Dean's Lecture were: Amy Pratt, Matt Sharbaugh, and Jana Tencati. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM is recognized as the first medical school in the country to establish such a research project, certainly an acknowledgment that ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵCOM Alumni were pleased about.
