Erika Grant is a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience in the field of Clinical Nutrition. She is currently an adjunct professor for both the undergraduate nutrition program at the Biddeford Campus at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ and the graduate online program for the RDN track at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ. Erika Grant has worked at Southern Maine Healthcare for 11 years as a Clinical Dietitian III, specializing in critical care. Prior to this, Erika worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Saints Medical Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. Her professional nutrition interests include: critical care, COVID medical nutrition therapy, malnutrition and food insecurity. Erika is currently the treasurer of the Maine Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
